That was some party with the RAW Fam, we hope you had a wonderful evening, thankyou to everyone who made it down!

Huge shout out to blowing us all away with her incredible vocals, amazing!!
feather_cupcakes creating the best cupcakes in town- the sneaky Oreo hidden at the bottom was genius!!

And last but not least, thanks as always to providing the soundtrack for the night, keeping the tunes pumping and the energy high!

Don’t Chase Perfection
One missed session doesn’t ruin progress. Keep showing up when you can — consistency > perfection.

Protein at Every Meal
Helps keep you fuller, supports recovery and helps stop the snack-attacks especially when the chocolate tins and mince pies are everywhere 👀

Train With People
Small Group Personal Training, a gym buddy or a class — having people rely on you helps to keep you consistent. And don’t forget, your coach is waiting for you with a happy face to greet you and give you the best hour of your day 😁

Being a mum means you’re constantly pouring into everyone else — kids, work, home, the never-ending list. And somewhere in the chaos, you’re meant to find time for yourself too.

However, training as a mum isn’t about having loads of spare time… it’s about taking back small pockets of it.

Today we celebrate the dads, brothers, sons, husbands, and mates who walk through the doors of RAW HQ every week - not just to train, but to set a higher standard for themselves and the people around them.

International Men’s Day isn’t about being perfect. It’s about effort. It’s about showing up even when life is stacked with work, stress, responsibility, and the pressure to “hold everything together.”

What we see every day at RAW is men who are:
