This is FREDA....
Freda wants to join a Slimming World group but it's her wedding anniversary in 2 weeks time and a few weeks after that it's her daughter's 21st.....Then there's half term and Halloween not long after that.....Before she knows it Christmas will be here!
Freda will DEFINITELY join in the New Year, maybe February, after Valentine's Day, but definitely before Easter, as long as Easter doesn't fall early next year, in which case she will wait until after Easter or when the clocks go forward as brighter nights are better!

Finally Easter holidays are over, now we're all getting back into a routine, I'd love to welcome you back to group. Happy Thursday everyone and in particular Happy Food Optimising Day!!!, that's making the most of food by the way, as it was national book day today I thought I'd mention my all time favourite author....Margaret Miles-Bramwell and my favourite book?, Food Optimising!!, if you don't have this book come along to Slimming World it will change your life
Its like nothing you've tried before, forget counting calories, weighing and measuring, there's no portion control, just unlimited hunger busting food!
