Please note we close for lunch 13-00 to 14.15. We are an independent pharmacy serving the local village of Horsford and surrounding areas. We provide a prescription collection service from Drayton and St Faiths medical practices . Please ask for details on this service. We are able to provide a delivery service to housebound patients within a certain area, and in emergencies. This is a free service for those in real need. We are able to dispense NHS and private prescriptions . We offer a flu vaccination service, C-card scheme, emergency contraception supply plus all general advice.We stock a wide range of medicines and a smaller selection of general pharmacy items, however please ask if specific items are required as we will endeavour to order in for you.

Please could we ask anyone who has appointments booked for either flu vaccinations , blood pressure checks or smoking cessation to contact the pharmacy directly if you are unable to make the appointment and wish to cancel or reschedule.
We plan our staffing and work schedules to incorporate these services and there are costs involved .
Please have the courtesy to let us know in advance if you need to cancel rather than just not turn up .

World Mental Health Day is not just about one day it’s everyday.
Promoting this day on social media may seem appropriate but let’s remember how damaging social media can be to anyone’s mental health. What we see is not real life and the majority of the time fake . Bad news , negative posts , poor ratings and reviews all have an impact.
Remember be kind we can all be affected by the smallest of things sometimes all that’s needed is Thankyou .

Dear Patients,

We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for your repeat prescriptions to be processed and made ready for collection: The surgery requires up to 3 working days to process your prescription request and the Pharmacy needs additional time to complete the process to ensure that your prescription is ready to collect.

📱 Also, please note:

“Approved” on the NHS app does not mean your prescription is ready for collection. It means your prescription has been either sent to your chosen Pharmacy or to St Faiths Dispensary to be fulfilled.

Once the prescription has been approved, extra time is needed by the Pharmacy or Dispensary to complete the process.

We understand that urgent situations arise, and we will always do our best to help when needed.
