Continuity of support is paramount!

Pathway provides person-centred services to people with a learning disability and associated complex behavioural and health needs, supported by our highly trained specialist staff teams. Our services support young people to transition seamlessly from our small and homely Ofsted registered children's residential care homes to our adult CQC registered residential and supported living settings, ensuring people are able to access the right support at the right time.

Jo from Bancroft House headed out to catch Hoppers at the cinema and came fully prepared. Popcorn, drinks, headphones and all. Getting out into the community and doing the things you love is what it's all about.

This Easter Sunday, the tenants at our Greenland home spent the day making Easter bonnets together, and by all accounts they enjoyed every single moment. It's the simple things, good company, a creative activity, and a bit of Easter fun, that make days like this so special.

Some people come to Pathway for a job. Others find a whole career they never expected.

Wellington joined us at 21 through an agency, not knowing where it would take him. After just a few shifts at Kingsley Court, he knew this was where he wanted to be. From Bank Support Worker to Team Leader to Registered Manager, and now Operations Manager at 31, his journey says more about what's possible here than any job ad could.

It wasn't always easy. But with a strong team and a shared purpose, he grew into a leader one step at a time.
