Last night we attended the Sussex Business Awards as finalists for the Business Growth Award, standing alongside some of the biggest and most impressive businesses in the county.

We didn’t take home the trophy this time, but honestly? Being recognised as one of the top growth businesses in Sussex already feels like a huge win for us.

From our small beginnings to a thriving clinic and reformer Pilates studio, an incredible team, and a community we’re so proud to support. Last night was a moment to pause, take it all in, and celebrate just how far we’ve come.

We were thrilled to have Emma and Dayna representing Horsham Sports Injury Clinic at the National Therapy Expo last week 🙌

The event brought together the very best in musculoskeletal and neurological care. From injury prevention to treatment and rehab, all core to what we do in the clinic every day.

Meet Dayna 👋
A therapist with a real passion for rehabilitation and recovery, she specialises in helping clients overcome injury, prevent future problems, and feel confident in their bodies again.

She’s worked with everyone from Premier League referees and pro footballers to grassroots athletes and everyday patients, bringing the same care, knowledge and energy to every session.

With a toolkit that includes hands-on therapy, tailored rehab plans and medical acupuncture, Dayna is all about supporting you to get back to what you love, whether that’s playing sport or simply moving pain free.

We’re so excited to have her on the Horsham Sports Injury Team!

What a day at the in Slinfold! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We loved meeting so many runners and sharing what we do at Horsham Sports Injury Clinic and Elevate Reformer Pilates, from keeping niggles at bay, to building strength, mobility and balance that help you smash those PBs 💪✨ Because training hard is only half the story… training smart keeps you running for longer.

Big shout out to , who dug deep to retain her trophy as Slinfold’s fastest female for the second year running 🙌💛 And congratulations to accomplished ultra runner , crowned fastest Slinfold male!

A huge thank you to the organisers for putting on such a brilliant event, and to .alexander for kicking things off and handing out the prizes.
