Take a minute to look for:
👄 Mouth ulcers that don’t heal
⚪ Red or white patches
💭 Lumps or swellings that feel unusual

Don’t forget to check your lips, tongue, gums, cheeks, tonsils, and the roof and floor of your mouth.

If something doesn’t look or feel right — get it checked by your dentist or doctor.
Because early detection saves lives! 💙🦷
