I'm Gemma and I trained at the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training Academy (SYTT) in Glasgow. I teach Vinyasa and Seasonal Flow Yoga classes, workshops and 1:1's throughout Sussex and Surrey

My classes are suitable for those who have never tried yoga before and those wishing to get back to basics and reconnect with themselves on the mat. My classes cover simple breathing techniques, with emphasis placed on alignment as we flow through seasonal and dynamic yoga sequences, finishing with a relaxing shavasana/ yoga nidra.
