We have some amazing yoga teachers covering some of our yoga classes this week. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice with these incredibly experienced teachers.

🧘🏼 MONDAY: We have our favourite Steph Murdock teaching our 7.45pm Rest & Restore Class at All Saints School.

🧘🏼 TUESDAY: We have the lovely Kate Anderson teaching our 6.30pm Embodied Yoga Flow At Home class.

🧘🏼 WEDNESDAY: We have Sue Bolland back on the Heartspace Mat & teaching both the 6.30pm Dynamic Yoga Flow & the 7.45pm Gentle Yoga Flow at All Saints School.

🧘🏼 FRIDAY: We have Gemma Strutt teaching our 9.30am Women’s Dynamic Flow Yoga & Fiona McBride Yoga teaching our 10.45am Women’s Gentle Flow Yoga at The Ghyll.

What’s the best exercise for women after having children? 👧🏼

A lot of women found it easy to exercise in their 20s doing 4 or 5 high impact classes a week.

But later in life, when you’re time poor and exhausted it can make it harder.

But that doesn’t mean you should give up! 🙏🏻

In fact, we have so many mums getting back into it after having 4 or 5 years off and they are feeling amazing ✨

The secret is, we combine strength and toning work with deep stretching and relaxation.

NOVEMBER: Move to Restore with Fiona 🙏🏻

This evening class starts with gentle, easy movements to help your body stretch out, release tension, and let go of the day’s stress. You’ll move slowly and mindfully, tuning in to how your body feels as you unwind.

In the second half of the class, we shift into deeply relaxing, restorative poses. With the support of blankets and bolsters, you can fully rest your body and calm your mind.
It’s the perfect way to end your day feeling peaceful, balanced, and ready for a restful night’s sleep
