24FIT Wellness Centre is a community Health and Wellness Club in Crawley, Horsham and Haywards Heath, with our offices based in Hayward's Heath, West Sussex.
We promote healthy active lifestyle within our community, offering exercise and wellness sessions at least 4 times a week (see details below).

Our 24FIT Wellness Centre offers:
โข 8 to 12 physical training sessions on a rolling 4 week period. Number of sessions can vary between different groups.
โข Basic education in nutrition to help you get the best result.
โข Personal wellness coaching for everyone on a one-to-one basis, in groups and/or online. We want you to get the best possible results.
โข A free lifestyle evaluation and body composition analysis - establish your starting point.
โข We celebrate everybody's success and recognise those who have done extra great.
