As the sun sets on November and we move into the final month of 2025 I am feeling pensive and a little bit emosh after what has been such a transformative year, not only for me but also for some of the beautiful people in my world…
I’ve just been researching some journal prompts for December as I finding putting pen to paper to be so so powerful. Journaling can help you understand what you truly think, want, or believe and by looking back on past entries it can help you notice habits and triggers, and see where you have grown and achieved.
