Ever felt anxious for no obvious reason?
Sometimes anxiety isn’t connected to what’s happening right now. Sometimes it’s your nervous system catching up after everything you’ve carried- illness, menopause, long term stress or years of putting everyone else first.
Nothing is “wrong “ with you .
Your body is simply asking for safety, softness and understanding.
That’s something we can learn to offer ourselves.
So take 10 minutes and do some deep breathing or follow a mindfulness exercise. Or simply sit outside with your face towards this beautiful sunshine. #
