I would like to wish you all a very Happy, healthy and peaceful New Year.
I would also like to say if you are scrolling through insta or facebook, please do not stress about the amount of “lose weight now”, “exercise with this, that and 50 other things”, “only eat protein “, “cut out all sugar”, “meditate for 4 hours a day to feel calm” and all of the other stuff that will make you feel not good enough about yourself. Today I’ve been for a big walk, had a big roast dinner, drank tea and chilled. It’s been lovely. And I have a five day free challenge coming in a couple of weeks once all the new year resolutions have gone out of the window. So stay tuned….. ❤️ life
