But does it hurt?
Often in these cases there may be no pain associated with the swelling, however it’s is your body ⚠️ warning you to slow down and be careful.

What can you do to help yourself? Rest, ice, elevate and compress bandaging.

If the swelling doesn’t subside, then it could be time to consult a therapist for some specialist help.
