Learning to dance as a ‘corps de ballet’ is much more challenging than you might think.
It takes patience, precision, attention to detail, counting, the ability to mirror movement, spatial awareness and group cooperation to make it all come together.
That is what I love about ‘Silver Swans’ - it’s the hidden mental skills integrated into class that we often overlook. It is SO important to exercise your mind, as well as your body 🤍
