More about me

I qualified from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2015, with a BTEC level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy.

I am also a fully qualified personal trainer, so I appreciate how everyday activities and poor posture negatively affect the body. This encouraged me to expand my studies so I could help to treat the aches and pains I came across on a daily basis with my clients.

Coming from a sporty background, I previously played ladies rugby representing my county and was selected for the South East England squad.

I recently worked alongside the Samoan Men’s Rugby team for the Rugby World Cup, ensuring the players were in the best condition before and after every match.
