I was just about to bake this cinnamon nutmeg maple banana bread when I realised I used cumin instead. The crust is amazing because I used the correct ingredients. The sponge has a little bit more of a savoury than sweet after kick. My oldest still loved it, my youngest spit it out right away. I would not recommend substituting cumin for cinnamon… okay bye
