Osteopathy works Horsham will remain open. Following government, public health England and GOSC advice my clinic will remain open. World osteopathy day. I never knew such a thing existed! I remember in my first job as an osteopath I had a patient booked in really late on a Saturday when I should have finished by the name of Andrew Taylor still! It was the clinic managers way of playing a trick on me and welcoming me to the clinic. Andrew Taylor still founder of osteopathic medicine, surgeon, author and much more.

Flexibility, mobility and stretching are very important. Working from home, change in exercise routines and the effects on mental health from lockdown can have a huge effect on the body. Try to keep moving.

100 miles ran in a week for the centurion challenge. That is how you keep busy in lockdown. Well done to my husband. Injury free but ready to help if needed. Time to stretch!

What a beautiful place we live. I feel very lucky to have such amazing countryside on our doorstep. Evening walks are good for the mind and soul.
