That's why I created Monday Wind Down as a calm, supportive space to pause, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Each week we use simple breathwork, gentle EFT tapping, and somatic practices to help you begin your week grounded and clear.

Self love in action - week 6 of my learning to run class

Yeahhh I wanted to share that I completed Week 6 of my Learning to Run Class 🙌

I’ve never enjoyed running — as it feels uncomfortable, I hate to get breathless due to my lung disease, and now I am re- learning to trust my heart again too. As I had a heart attack nearly 2 years ago now.

But this journey isn’t really about running (well let's face it, I am doing a very slow jog and walk and any opportunity to skive, if I can't be seen by the teachers 😂)

But it’s about self-love — about showing up for myself with compassion and courage. It’s about learning to breathe through resistance and gently push past the limits my mind creates, without pushing my body too far to hurt it. A tricky balance.

Week 6 done 🙌, 3 more to go......I can do this, listening to my body and pushing past the fears, gently and lovingly 💖
