You don’t need to have an injury or reason to see a Physio to attend. Attend for expert knowledge on the body which will maximise your exercise outcomes, 1:1 pilates private coaching (in the assessment), options to have programmes to do at home and learn skills that can be transferred into everyday life.

Feels good to be back!!! Physio led Pilates classes are back in their home of St.Martin’s in the beautiful village of Horsley! I’ve been overwhelmed with support and enquiries! Loads more clinical pilates info to follow in the coming weeks!
