On my way home from 10 Days Pilgrimage in Rishikesh. Reflecting on the wonderful experience, new friendships and the delicious food we shared. I have left a part of my heart in Rishikesh and am bringing parts of Rishikesh home with me. Thank you to wonderful humans for creating such a beautiful yoga family, sharing your wonderful knowledge, love of yoga and all it has to offer. Missing Ma Ganga this morning.

As I am sure you may be aware I am an avid fan of a daily gratitude practice. Not just for each day, but also for the future, looking forward to offerings and opportunities available to us. So it is with great pleasure that I can honestly say, there's so much to look forward to as we move towards the shortest day of the year, the Winter Solstice and beyond. I am super excited to share my offerings with you.

✨New offering - a Yoga for Beginners 6 Week Course for those who are looking to start or refresh their practice and knowledge - starts Thursday 13th November - Dowlish Wake.

✨Why not join me on the mat for weekly mat and chair based community classes in Horton, Dowlish Wake and Over Stratton.

✨Restorative Yoga monthly workshop - encourage a time for deep rest to balance the hectic lives we have. Horton - Friday 5th December
