Grangewood Surgery **CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS** Grangewood Surgery is a partner led practice in the centre of Shiney Row.

We aim to provide the highest possible quality of care to our patients at all times and are constantly working to improve this. The care we provide is underpinned by our admin team of receptionists, secretaries and managers who work tirelessly to ensure the best patient experience with contacting the practice and support for our medical staff. Our medical team consists of:
6x General Practitioners (supervising 1x GP trainee and a foundation years doctor)
1x Healthcare Assistant
1x Nursing Associate
1x Senior nurse
1x Nurse Practitioner

We are also heavily engaged with the Coalfields Primary Care Network (PCN) and are therefore able to provide the following additional roles:
- Practice Pharmacists
- Social Prescribers
- Mental Health Practitioners
- Care co-coordinators
- Dietitians
- Vascular Diagnostic Services

Finally we also provide rooms for other services such as:
- Midwives
- Medical Students

Last week we received the results of our Patient Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to all of those who completed the questionnaires. Some of the highlights for us include:

79% of patients found it easy to get through on the phone (compared to 53% nationally)
----
99% find the reception and administrative team at this GP practice helpful (compared to 83% nationally)
----
96% describe their experience of contacting their GP practice as good (compared to 70% nationally)
----
82% felt they waited about the right amount of time for their last general practice appointment (compared to 76% nationally)
----
95% say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment (compared to 87% nationally)
----
100% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment (compared to 93% nationally)
----
**** 97% describe their overall experience of this GP practice as good (compared to 75% nationally) ****
