Pilates For All Harpenden Pilates for All is a mixed ability Pilates class, catering for all levels. Its is great for rehab and post-natal exercise,
and can be modified for everyone.

Whatever level you are Pilates is an excellent workout for toning abdominals
and strengthening backs. children are welcome as long as supervised.

Hi guys, I'm thinking of running an additional permanent (30min) zoom Pilates class 7pm on a Tuesday evening in the New Year. Let me know if that would be of interest. If I get enough takers we get set it up x
