I’ve had a fantastic day at the Northern College of Clinical Hypnotherapy— learning new hypnotherapy techniques, connecting with inspiring practitioners, and deepening my knowledge to better support my clients.

It’s amazing how much there is to learn about the mind and how powerful gentle, well-guided change can be. Feeling inspired and excited to bring these new approaches into my sessions 💫
