This week in our yoga and meditation practice we focused on a flowing practice and connected with Autumn and the Earth. Even in stillness our bodies are in constant motion. The steady beat of the heart, gentle rhythm of the breath and continuous flow of blood through our veins. When we come into silence we can feel and hear the flow, the quiet sounds of these rhythms. Likewise connecting with the seasons helps us to be at one with the cycles and flow of nature and the earth. The movement of the leaves as they blow on the trees, the soft motion as they dance to the ground.
