Excellent session. The doctor took the time to patiently, clearly and scientifically explain the diagnosis to me, and provided a minimal and sustainable treatment plan. He was very kind, ensuring that I didn't feel judged for my self-care measure that had gone wrong. I also appreciate the fact that he did not push for any unnecessary medication or treatment, and instead recommended a specific and detailed set of lifestyle changes and exercises.
