Many of our patients live with complex conditions. Chronic pain, mental health challenges, ADHD, autism, menopause symptoms, weight concerns and more. They're often given lots of advice and lots of "shoulds". But information alone rarely leads to lasting change.
We think about health building like a house: medications, diet and exercise are the bricks - but without foundations like sleep, rest, and connection... the walls struggle to stand.
The pillars framework helps us focus on foundations first, and support patients to make sense of their health in a more holistic way.
