This is the kind of meal we often recommend at Transform PT, nourishing, filling and ideal for starting the day with steady energy.

This Chickpea Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash is a great option if you want something warming and satisfying that supports training, movement and busy mornings. It’s rich in fibre, plant protein and slow-release carbohydrates, helping you feel fuelled without feeling heavy.

Chickpea Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash (serves 4, approx. 50 minutes)

For the hash:
• 680g sweet potatoes, cubed
• ½ large onion, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 can chickpeas (400g), drained and rinsed
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

For the sriracha tahini sauce:
• 4 tbsp tahini
• Juice of ½ small lemon
• 4 tbsp water
• Sriracha to taste
• Pinch of salt

Mobility isn’t something we squeeze in at the end.
It’s how every session at Transform begins.

Taking a few minutes to work on mobility helps your body move more freely, reduces stiffness and prepares your joints and muscles for strength work. It’s especially important if you’ve been sitting a lot, feel tight or are returning to training after time away.

At Transform, we use mobility at the start of every session to help you feel more comfortable, more confident and ready to train properly. This isn’t about rushing into exercises. It’s about moving well first, so everything that follows feels better and safer.

This is one of our go-to warm ups at Transform: The Greatest Stretch in the World.

It’s a brilliant movement for improving mobility through the hips, spine and shoulders, all in one flow. We use stretches like this at the start of sessions to help the body move more freely, reduce stiffness and prepare you properly for strength work.

Rather than jumping straight into exercises, we take time to warm up with purpose. It helps you feel more comfortable, more confident and ready to train well.

Simple movements, done properly, make a big difference.

This is the kind of simple, nourishing meal we often recommend at Transform PT, minimal prep, full of flavour and easy to fit into a busy week.

This Slow Cooker Greek Chicken is a great option if you want something high in protein, comforting and versatile. It works well for batch cooking and pairs beautifully with a fresh Greek salad for a balanced, satisfying meal.

Slow Cooker Greek Chicken (serves 6)
Total time: approx. 4 hours

Lemon Greek yogurt sauce:
• 227g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• ¾ tsp sea salt

Chicken:
• 900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• ¾ tsp salt

Enjoy the chicken with a fresh Greek salad for extra crunch, colour and nutrients.
