Floatation is a practice where you float effortlessly in a special pod of Epsom Salt water. Without the constant noise of the outside world, your mind deeply relaxes and your muscles, joints and bones take a well-deserved break. Floating can provide pain relief for people suffering from long term muscular or bone pain and can be very helpful in relieving depression, anxiety and sleep problems. We also have a stunning yoga studio offering a range of Yoga classes for all levels and abilities, ranging from Vinyasa Flow to Kundalini and as much in-between. You can also come to us for massage, chiropractic care and a variety of wellbeing workshops.

On Saturday 7th March we’re hosting a series of special classes celebrating some of the incredible women who work alongside us at Float Spa.

This year’s theme is Give to Gain and we are celebrating in the most meaningful way we know how… by gathering powerful women together and giving back.

As a proudly female founded business, International Women’s Day is deeply personal to us. So we’re hosting a full day of special sessions led by some of the incredible women who work alongside us.

✨ 10am–1pm Sound Massage with Sarah Hurst
✨ 12–12:45pm Laughter Yoga with Camille
✨ 2–2:45pm “Honouring the Tree You Are” with Sally Mady
✨ 6–6:45pm Yoga Trance Dance with Bryony Joy

From deeply restorative 1:1 sound massage sessions, to contagious laughter, to reflective journalling, to candlelit movement and ecstatic dance, each experience is designed to reconnect you with joy, resilience and the woman you already are.
