Suitable for all levels of experience/ability, I aim to pitch each session to promote a happy and healthy balance of activities to improve physical and mental wellbeing, flexibility and core strength. I have been working as a fitness professional since the 1990s and over the past 30 years have delivered a variety of adult fitness classes including outdoor Boot Camp, Beginners/Improvers Yoga, Step, Exercise to Music and Personal Training. I have developed a specialism in Hatha Yoga (Level 3/500hrs+ qualification) having foundation level training in Iyengar style and a personal practice in Kundalini yoga. I am also qualified to deliver exercise modification for Ante and Post Natal Fitness (including Yoga). I have taught Fitness and Yoga sessions in schools, nurseries and pre-schools in and around Howden since qualifying in Level 2 Health Related Fitness and Flexi Kids Yoga for children 12 years ago. I previously ran a successful independent Studio running a regular timetable for students but have now returned to delivering sessions in community settings, at The Oaks Golf Club and Spa and since Lockdown 2020 also offer online classes via Zoom and YouTube channel.
