Here are 5 ways to stay healthy when motivation dips ✌🏻

1. Prep warm meals in batches, stews, soups, tray bakes
2. Train earlier in the day to avoid the slump
3. Add Vitamin D and magnesium to your supplement stack
4. Set a “bare minimum” routine, even 10 mins counts
5. Don’t aim for perfection, aim for progress

The truth is, winter won’t last forever… but bad habits can if you’re not careful.
