Here are 5 easy swaps you can make:
• Swap crisps for air-popped popcorn
• Swap mayo-heavy sandwiches for lean wraps
• Swap creamy lattes for black coffee + splash of milk
• Swap late-night snacks for earlier, filling meals
• Swap saying “sod it” for “that’s enough for now”

None of this means saying no to festive treats

🎄 Protein-Packed Festive Balls (Perfect Snack Swap)

These little no-bake festive bites are a game-changer.
🥄 Ingredients
• 80g oats
• 2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• Dash of cinnamon or ginger spice
• A splash of water to bind
• Optional: roll in desiccated coconut or crushed nuts

👨‍🍳 Mix, roll into bite-sized balls, chill in the fridge
Keeps well for 3–4 days (unless eaten first)
Perfect when the Quality Street or mince pies start calling

One of our lovely clients has kindly donated A WEEK at their apartment in PORTUGAL for our raffle 🧡

2 Bed Apartment in St James, Praia Da Luz.
Own complex pool area, Close to beach, bars and restaurants.
50 mins transfer from Faro Airport.
1 week for upto 5 people
