🍁 15-Min Autumn Tray Bake
No faff, no fancy stuff, just comfort food that fuels.
You’ll need:

🥦 Chopped veg (we like peppers, red onion, courgette)
🍗 Chicken thighs or veggie alternative
🧂 Olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Chuck it all in a tray
2️⃣ Drizzle & season
3️⃣ Roast at 200°C for 30–40 mins

Pair with rice, couscous or just eat as-is 👌
Batch it. Reheat it. Love it.

No time = poor food choices… unless you plan ahead 💡
Here’s 5 meal prep tips we share with clients:

1️⃣ Keep it simple – 3–5 meals max
2️⃣ Cook double portions for leftovers
3️⃣ Pick 1 protein, 1 carb, 1 veg – repeat
4️⃣ Use freezer-friendly containers
5️⃣ Have 2 emergency meals ready (e.g. eggs or frozen stir-fry)

Meal prep doesn’t need to be perfect.
Just consistent.

Busy mornings?
Try this quick autumn recipe for fuel on the go 🍁

🍎 Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats
• 40g oats
• 150ml milk or almond milk
• ½ chopped apple
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• Optional: scoop of protein powder

Mix in a jar, leave overnight in the fridge, and boom 💥
It’s ready when you are.
Delicious cold or heated up.
Perfect for pre or post-workout.
