This 2x per week legs programme is designed to build:

This is a bit of a long one for me. But it’s been a ride ..

March 2019…
Red Fox was just an idea, a spark, a “let’s give this a go.”
An outdoor bootcamp. Renting a space on a gym floor. Nothing glamorous—just grit, belief, and showing up.

September 2019…
I said f**k this s**t and walked away from my part-time contracted job.
No plan. No safety net.
A mortgage to pay. Two children to raise.
Just a feeling that there had to be more than KPI’s

2020… Lockdown hits.
And somehow, in the middle of chaos, I sign a lease on a unit that wasn’t even built yet.
People thought I’d lost it.
Maybe I had… but deep down, I knew it was right.

Then more lockdowns.
More uncertainty.
More “how the hell is this going to survive?”

2022…
Long Covid knocks me sideways.
I genuinely thought I was going to lose everything I’d built.

Then life throws another curveball…
Late 2022, I find out I’m pregnant.
Pregnant… and still not well.

May 2023…
An early labour scare.
“Stop working completely,” they said.
With a maternity allowance that barely touched the sides.

July 2023…
Baby Ruben arrives via C-section.
Time to heal. To pause. To breathe.

September 2023…
The phone rings.
“Barclays Bank is up for rent. Do you want it?”
S**T.
Newborn baby. Exhaustion. Fear.
But also… that same feeling again.

October 2023…
I collect the keys. The ‘you’re crazy’ comments continue.

January 2024…
WE OPEN THE DOORS.

And honestly?
The next two years are a complete blur.

Now it’s March 2026…
And it’s not just a studio.
It’s a THRIVING COMMUNITY.
A home.
A family.
With a kick-ass coaching team that makes it all mean something bigger than me.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned…
Sometimes you just have to say f**k this s**t and chase your dreams anyway.

Even when it’s messy.
Even when it’s terrifying.
Even when you have no idea how it’s going to work.

Believe in yourself.
