Of course s**t happens out of our control and I’m not brushing over any serious life changing experiences. My dad died whilst I was in Thailand this year, so I have and am still grieving but I am also not letting that define my year and all the amazing things that I have done.

Affordable and gentle retreat in Pai, Thailand, suitable for all!

Join us at the end of May, spending time at a beautiful well-being resort just outside of Pai, nestled in beautiful nature by the river. Your hosts Kayleigh and Shawn will welcome us warmly.

Two meals daily (vegetarian or vegan at request)
Daily somatic yoga & guided meditation.
Yoga Nidra under the stars.
Trapeze yoga.
1 x massage.
Visits to places of interest including night market, temple and waterfall.
Time to explore Pai (you can hire a scooter at extra cost)

I will help with flights (currently approx. £460 London - Chiang Mai incl.1 stop), transfer and chaperone you there, offering ongoing support throughout.
