Good morning you lovely people. I have now started taking booking for slimming through Hypnosis, I usually start getting booked up by mid December for people wanting to slim down to reach those new years resolution goals! I only have a limited number of spots available and then it will be a 4-5 week waiting period before the next intake . Message me for details x

So to tomorrow is the first day of this challenge, cancer charities have helped thousands of families including my own so it's time to give something back.
It may amuse some of you to know I have long standing problems with my rotator cuffs so I'm going to be in a world of pain ,so dig deep if you want to be part of it.
On the plus side I'll be ripped after it all.
