Kimberley

Finalist Kimberley was “stunned and lost for words” when she read her nomination.

She describes her work family and says caring is a true vocation.

Her journey from care assistant to home manager reflects her belief that “every role matters, and making a difference is everything.”

Michelle

Finalist Michelle felt flattered and excited to be nominated.

She says the main joy of her role is “seeing residents happy and fulfilled.”

Care work, she adds, is vital because it protects independence, dignity, and quality of life.

# we had a very special treat last week—a live Christmas Pantomime right here in our home!
​Our residents spent the evening laughing and cheering along with the show. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season together. A huge thank you to everyone involved for such an entertaining evening! 👏❤️

Yesterday, the spirit of Christmas was truly filled with Christian followship church
​We were delighted to welcome the fantastic singers from the christian followship church who treated us to a beautiful selection of Christmas carols. The best part? Our residents knew all the words and happily sang along!
​The singing was followed by a perfect afternoon tea of warm drinks and sweet treats. A huge thank you to the Christian followship church group for bringing so much joy!
