Wait⌠Iâm actually still allowed to do this stuff? đ
Thatâs the whole point.
Because the first time you step over a fallen branch, hop, or take a bigger step on a trail, your brain does a quick little security check:
Is this safe?
Am I going to regret this?
Should I just⌠not?
And I love using the outdoors to build leg strength because these tiny challenges sneak confidence back in without you noticing.
Sometimes itâs a bit scary (not danger-scary). More like confidence catching up scary. Thatâs the good bit. Thatâs where steadiness is built.
Not by forcing it or pretending youâre fearless.
Just by practising the skills that make walking feel steadier again.
Thatâs why â WANDERING STARS â was started
DM âtell me moreâ for more information
A gentle, community-led movement meet-up for:
⨠steadier walking
⨠better balance
⨠more confidence on your feet
We wander at a comfortable pace and practise simple skills for real-life walking stuff, uneven ground, hills, little dips, and wobbly moments (and a few laughs enjoyed on route ).
No pressure to âkeep up.â Just feeling more capable in your actual life.
