New Years Day Sound Healing 🖤

Join Luke 6-7pm Thursday 1st January. (Limited spaces)

This is a meditation experience where you will be bathed in sound waves, guiding you into a deep meditative state while you’re enveloped in ambient sound. These waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, together these instruments create soothing, overlapping vibrations. These vibrations lead you deeper into a state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight reflex.

Meditation is excellent for managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing and Sound has been shown to help reduce pain, increase neural connectivity, and improve the quality of life.

We are delighted to welcome Kath to the Be Yoga Team.

Kath will now be holding space for our Monday 2-3 Seniors Class. Kath has taken over from Mark who has created such a fantastic community at Be Yoga, we are really excited that Kath can now continue to offer this class and build on the wonderful community. Kath has practiced at Be Yoga for many years, finding yoga over 20 years ago to bring balance and find clam in her busy life.

This unheated class invites you to move with curiosity and mindful awareness. Balancing strength and softens. Reconnect to your inner self with gentle sequencing and breathwork. An opportunity to take some time out of your every day life to slow down and find stillness. Leaving you feeling renewed and grounded both on and off the mat.

We are really excited to be hosting another of these powerful and somewhat psychedelic breathwork session with the fantastic This session is designed to release stress, tension and emotion by engaging the body’s natural healing capabilities. Dee will introduce and guide you through a combination of deep, fast paced and circular breathing techniques as well as helping you to set intentions to help release old, stagnant energies from deep within our bodies, increase oxygen and energy levels and connect into higher states of consciousness.

Mother and Baby Yoga (Postnatal) Class

These classes are an opportunity for new mums to gently and mindfully come back to practice or intruduce a yoga practice into your life following your physical and spiritual journey into motherhood. An opportunity to bring your baby along to class and spend some precious mother and baby time breathing, moving and connecting or just an hour of cuddles in a safe and secure and calming space away from the distractions of the outside world and in the company of other new mums.

This class is aimed at mums and is not a baby yoga class.
