*FREE PILATES CLASSES*
I am currently streaming on the KAL fitness app, if you can’t make the Monday 12pm live session they are available to watch at your own leisure in the ‘on demand’ section. You can watch and do the same session as many times as you like to practice the moves and see your progression, or switch and mix between sessions for variety.
30 and 45 minute sessions available

After taking my pilates class online in November I have since been asked about adding more online classes to my timetable.

I like to keep the classes small (no more than 7 people) so I can fit you all on one screen and keep an eye on technique. Classes are £3.50 pay as you go.
