Acne scarring isn’t just about the skin, it’s about confidence.

We see so many patients who feel frustrated by texture, marks, or unevenness that linger long after breakouts have settled.

While no two skins are the same, there are effective ways to support healing and improvement over time.

Our approach is layered and skin-first, combining treatments like Cool Laser, microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, and Dermalux Tri-Wave MD LED to improve texture, support repair, and calm active acne.

All of this is supported by a personalised at-home skincare routine designed specifically for acne-prone skin.

Booking a consultation can feel like a big step, especially in an industry filled with mixed messages, trends, and conflicting advice.

Many patients arrive unsure of what to expect, worried they need to have all the answers, or concerned they’ll be pushed towards treatments they’re not ready for.

A great consultation should feel very different. It should be calm, informative, and centred entirely around you, your concerns, your face, and your long-term goals.

Noticing fine lines for the first time can feel like a turning point, especially if you’re not quite ready for injectables, or simply want to take a more gradual, skin-first approach.

The good news is that you don’t need to rush into anything. There are incredibly effective treatments that focus on strengthening the skin, improving texture, and supporting collagen long before injectables ever come into the conversation.

Starting early, with the right treatments, often leads to the most natural and long-lasting results.

No two lips, or faces, are ever the same, which is why every lip filler treatment starts with a detailed consultation.

Before we even talk about product, we talk about you, your facial anatomy, proportions, movement, and how your lips sit in harmony with the rest of your features.

Lip filler isn’t about copying a look or adding volume for the sake of it. It’s about understanding structure, balance, and how subtle support can enhance the entire lower face.

Wow, I can't believe I'm actually posting this. All of our combined hard work has paid off.

We have had the best CQC consultancy company behind us every step of the way. I cannot thank you enough 🙏 and you deserve a seperate post, which I will follow with, once I've got my head around the last 2 weeks.

There are huge changes happening right now for nurses working within the aesthetic medicine field and I am honoured to be a little cog in this.

The support and passion of Amy Bird from was greatly appreciated too.

Being CQC regulated means our services meet national standards for safety, governance, quality, leadership, and patient centred care. It is the highest level of regulatory approval we can meet

25/02/2026

In the interest of transparency.

As you know we want to safely deliver our patients excellence in the care they receive.

That is why we want to become CQC regulated as it aligns with hospitals, GP practices, Dental Practices and Care Homes. It is the gold standard and allows us to continue to meet the changing needs of our patients.

Law and regulatory requirements state that Nurses cannot hold a stock of medicines (this includes emergency medicine). I feel like this is very out dated and poses massive risks to the public especially when law states we can prescribe and work autonomously.

That said, we are reaching out to our colleagues and seeking guidance. The drive to become CQC regulated is still very much present. Change doesn’t happen over night but those that know me know I stand up for the things I believe in.

Many people don’t realise that collagen begins to decline from our mid-20s, long before lines or laxity are obvious.

It’s a gradual process, but the choices you make early on play a huge role in how your skin looks, feels, and ages over time.

Collagen loss isn’t something you’re powerless against. With the right daily habits and supportive treatments, you can protect and strengthen your skin long before visible ageing sets in.

Keep reading to discover four simple but powerful ways to preserve collagen after 25 and future-proof your skin 👉🏼

You can restore volume beautifully, but if the skin itself isn’t healthy, it will always tell the truth ✨️

Skin quality is what gives you away. Pigmentation, redness, dullness, broken capillaries, uneven tone. No amount of filler can disguise that long term. If you want results that look natural and cohesive, you have to treat the canvas, not just the contours.

That’s where Cool Laser comes in.

It’s one of my favourite options for skin clarity and refinement because it targets the things that make skin look tired and uneven, while also supporting healthier skin function over time. The aim isn’t to “strip” the skin or create a dramatic, obvious change overnight. It’s to improve tone, texture, and radiance in a controlled, skin-respecting way, so the result looks believable and well balanced.

When you improve the overall quality of the skin, everything else looks better too. Makeup sits nicer, pigmentation looks softer, redness calms, and the skin starts reflecting light properly again. That’s why these treatments can be so transformative. You don’t look “done”, you just look fresher, clearer, and more vibrant.

If you’d like to know whether Cool Laser is right for your skin, DM us with any questions or tap the link in bio to book a consultation 💌✨

Menopause can completely change how your skin behaves.

Products that once worked beautifully may suddenly feel too harsh, too heavy, or simply ineffective, leaving your skin dry, sensitive, and lacking that healthy glow. This isn’t something you’re doing wrong; your skin’s needs have simply shifted.

With the right medical-grade skincare, it’s absolutely possible to restore comfort, strength, and radiance during this stage of life. The key is choosing products that support the skin barrier, collagen, and hydration, not overwhelm it.

These are the three products I regularly recommend to support and transform menopausal skin 👉🏼

Cool Laser is one of those treatments that patients often love for the results, but don’t always fully understand why it works so well.

When you know what’s happening beneath the surface, it becomes clear why it’s such a powerful option for improving skin quality, texture and firmness without dramatic change or downtime.

This isn’t about chasing a quick glow. It’s about supporting your skin at a cellular level so it functions better, looks healthier, and ages more gracefully over time.

Swipe to discover the science behind Cool Laser and how it helps your skin regenerate from within 👉🏼

If you come in asking for filler, I’m not automatically going to give you filler 💭

My job isn’t to tick a treatment box, it’s to look at your face properly and work out what will genuinely move the needle for you, in the most natural way possible. Sometimes that is filler, but often it’s something else entirely.

Skin quality, collagen, texture, laxity, and inflammation can be the real reason someone looks tired or less “fresh”, and in those cases, microneedling, polynucleotides, or biostimulators like Sculptra can make far more sense than adding volume.

Natural results come from the right treatment plan, and that may not always be what you had in mind when booking. That’s why I always start with a proper consultation, so we can talk through your goals, assess what’s actually going on, and build a plan that respects your anatomy and still looks like you.

If you want a tailored approach rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment, comment “CONSULT” and tell me what you’re hoping to improve, and we’ll guide you on the best next step 💬✨
