Pilates is a safe, effective, low impact form of exercise for anyone looking to improve strength, movement control, flexibility, reduce injury risk, and promote health and well being. Lauren is a fully chartered physiotherapist and certified Pilates teacher with over 11 years experience in the health and wellness industry. With mat-work and small equipment classes suited to all levels of ability whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, pre/post-natal, an athlete looking to enhance performance, or upping the intensity in one of our Healthy HIIT programmes! All classes are delivered by physiotherapists with expert clinical knowledge to allow for safe and effecting progressions throughout! Classes available online, on-demand and returning to the studio in June 2021!
