Supporting the mental health of our team members is an important aspect of our day to day operations here at Berkshire Labels. This year's theme for is to "make mental health and well being for all a global priority".
We have a long standing relationship with The Printing Charity who provide all employees with numerous benefits including access to counselling when if required. Last week saw the BPIF Training Awards held at the House of Lords
This year we were pleased to hear that our Artwork Apprentice, Rebekah, had been nominated for The Kathy Woodward Award. This award for Learning was launched in 2015 in memory of the BPIF's much loved CEO who sadly passed away in 2014.
There were many nominations for this category so Rebekah was up against some tough competition but we were over the moon to hear that Rebekah won the award after being shortlisted.
Rebekah joined our Studio team a year ago as an apprentice and has worked extremely hard throughout her apprenticeship so far. She is an integral part of our artwork team and we couldn’t be prouder of her achievements to date, especially for receiving this prestigious award. Huge congratulations to you Rebekah!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Are you a School/College leaver? Or looking to kickstart your career? Considering an Apprenticeship? Then we may have the exact role for you at Berkshire Labels!
We are seeking a number of apprentices to join our fast expanding team! The apprenticeship provides a rare opportunity to work and train in an environment that utilises both Digital & Flexographic Technology, with a highly motivated team of friendly, experienced staff.
Accredited through BPIF Training, you will study to achieve the Print Technician Level 3 Qualification. This apprenticeship typically lasts for a duration of 24 to 36 months (depending on your progress!) and is supported with on-the-job training from our record breaking printing team
