A little peek behind the scenes… 🤍

I’ve been moving things around in my workroom this week…
making space for more creating, more ideas, and lots of new pieces to come.

There’s now a second desk (which feels very exciting 😅)…
and although everything doesn’t quite have its place yet… it’s getting there.

This is where it all begins…
every bracelet, every blend, every little piece made with care.

It might not always look perfect… but it’s real, it’s growing… and I love it 🤍

Simple… natural… and full of quiet energy 🤍

My Rowan bracelets are made using crystal chips, each one carrying its own unique feel and meaning.

No two are ever the same… just like us.

Whether you’re drawn to something soft and calming, grounding and protective, or uplifting and energising… there’s always one that seems to “feel right”.

Just a few days ago, this magnolia was in full bloom 🌸

Soft, open, and full of life…
and then the frost came, and the petals disappeared almost overnight.

It felt like such a shame… but also a little reminder…

Nothing stays the same forever.
Not the difficult moments… and not even the beautiful ones.

So today feels like a gentle nudge to pause…
to notice what’s here right now…
and to appreciate it while we can 🤍

This is the kind of space I hold in my work… slowing down, tuning in, and finding calm in the middle of it all.

Featuring Amethyst, Howlite, Rose Quartz, Moonstone and Lava Stone, each element chosen to support calm, emotional balance and gentle transitions

I’ve included lava beads within the design, offering the option to add essential oils if desired — a little extra layer of calm when it’s needed most.

✨ Solar Plexus Reset ✨

Today’s session included focused work with my Solar Plexus tuning fork — supporting confidence, inner strength and emotional balance.

The solar plexus chakra is our centre of personal power.
When it’s out of balance, we can feel wobbly, overwhelmed or unsure of ourselves.
When it’s aligned?
We feel steady. Clear. Capable.

Sound is vibration.
And vibration reminds the body how to return to harmony.

There’s something beautiful about watching someone soften back into themselves during a session. Shoulders drop. Breath deepens. The nervous system exhales.

This is why I love this work. 💛
