Ferrars Hall Care Home Ferrars Hall Care Home is one of Country Court Care's purpose-built residential homes.

Ferrars Hall Care Home in Huntingdon, is a sixty-six bed purpose built care home offering residential and dementia care. The care home is located in the town centre, close to local amenities and with good transport links. The care staff have built a strong presence in their local community, hosting regular community coffee mornings and events. Residents enjoy a wide range of daily activities from games and crafts to visits from local groups and schools.

It was such a special afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and lovely moments shared between residents, families, and friends. Your presence truly made the day memorable, and we’re so grateful you could celebrate with us.

A big thank you as well to our wonderful team and James Reynolds Vocalist for all their hard work in making the event so enjoyable for everyone.

It’s been a busy and fun-filled day here at Ferrars Hall! 😊

This morning our residents put their thinking caps on for a lively game of Hangman. There were lots of great guesses, plenty of laughter, and a bit of friendly competition along the way! ✏️🧠

This afternoon we slowed things down with our Jigsaw Club, where residents worked together to piece together some beautiful puzzles. It’s always lovely to see everyone chatting, concentrating, and helping each other find that perfect piece. 🧩

Yesterday was a very special day for Loraine as she enjoyed a trip to Huntingdon One Leisure Swimming Pool 🏊‍♀️

It had been 12 years since Loraine last went swimming, so you can imagine how excited she was to get back in the water!

Our talented residents have been busy getting creative, and were so excited to share their wonderful handmade dragon to celebrate Chinese New Year!

This afternoon, our magnificent dragon took a grand tour around the home.

As part of our Make a Wish initiative, our team organised a trip to London for Jean and Jean to have lunch at The Ivy Collection and then watch Agatha Christie The Mousetrap in their very own private box. They both had a fantastic time and could not stop smiling all day!
