⭐️ We've got that Friday feeling here at Ferrars Hall today!⭐️

This morning, Nathan from One Leisure visited us and led some fun exercises and games. Everyone got involved and really enjoyed keeping active together. What a brilliant and fun way to keep fit! 💪🎯

In the afternoon, we were delighted to welcome Mother Goose Nursery for a lovely visit. It was wonderful to see the smiles, laughter, and special moments shared between generations 💛

What a wonderful afternoon out! 😊

Loraine and Jean enjoyed a fascinating visit to Peterborough Cathedral, where they were treated to a guided tour. They learned all about the stunning architecture and discovered the cathedral’s historic connection to Catherine of Aragon. ⛪️

A lovely afternoon of history, learning, and great company — thank you to all the brilliant and knowledgeable volunteers at Peterborough Cathedral who made it so special 💛

🥤❄️Winter Smoothie Station! ❄️🥤

Everyone got to choose their own fruits from bananas, pineapple, blueberries and mango before whizzing up their very own smoothie. The best part? Tasting their delicious creations! 😋

There were lots of smiles as residents proudly shared their smoothies with friends, comparing flavours and enjoying a lovely social moment together. A fun, refreshing afternoon for all 💛

❄️ Snowball Fun Indoors! ❄️

We brought a little winter fun inside today by making our own snowballs out of paper! Everyone got creative rolling them up, then it was time for some games 🎯

Residents enjoyed throwing the snowballs into a bucket and trying to knock a ball off – lots of laughter, friendly competition, and great hand–eye coordination all around!

A lovely way to stay active, have fun, and enjoy each other’s company 💙

🎂Today we celebrated a very special occasion! 🎂
Our lovely resident Bob celebrated his 90th birthday today by having a lunch with his family and then watching his favourite film ‘Salad Days’. 🎥💃

🎅Over the festive period, we have been visiting local hospitals to let staff know that we’re here to help support safe and timely discharges when patients are ready to leave hospital.🎅
