When I went through pregnancy and childbirth, all they said was to do my pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) 3 times a day for the rest of my life.
But did you know Kegels are actually only about 50% effective? And that's if you do them properly, which let's face it, is a bit hard with a group of muscles we've never seen.
And with loads of other things you can do to support this group of muscles, it's insane that we don't have more of this information readily available.
