The lady on the left knows what it’s like to struggle with her weight.

She’s carried more than just pounds—she’s felt the weight of guilt, shame, and embarrassment.

She’s hidden from photos, dodged social events, and told herself she’d “start again Monday”… more times than she can count.

But she didn’t give up.

She found a safe space, a supportive group, and a plan that worked—not just for her body, but for her mind and heart too.

She learned that food isn’t the enemy, and neither is she.

We did this together, as one incredible Slimming World family – with every item donated to the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw, and every step taken for Race for Life and the London Marathon 🤗.
