Beloved wife of Robbie, precious mum of Ewan, Kevin and Lorriane, dear mother-in-law of Fiona, devoted granny to Lianne and Cameron and great granny to Joanie, Thorfinn, Margot and Sophie, much loved sister and friend to many. Funeral service will be held at St Rufus Church, Keith on Wednesday, November 19 at 10.30am thereafter to Broomhill Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Sandy’s family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by way of cards, calls, messages and flowers received following their unexpected loss and the unfailing support at this difficult time. Special thanks to the kind and caring staff of Cardiology, Coronary Care and Respiratory at ARI for their extensive support and care for Sandy; and the kindness of staff at Chalmers Hospital, Banff. We are also grateful to the Friends of Chalmers Hospital for accommodation provided within Chalmers Hospital to help ease the suffering of family in his last hours. Thank you to Stiùbhart MacChoille, our celebrant, for capturing Sandy so well, all speakers for their kind words, Ian Esslemont Funeral Directors for the dignified and compassionate handling of funeral arrangements, Audrey for the beautiful flowers and Baldarroch staff for their professional support.
