You’re not mad at the job or the relationship. You’re mad because the plan you trusted failed — and now you don’t know which way to go. You were taught how to get from A to B your whole life, and suddenly you’re on your own. You can’t trust anyone. And worse, you don’t trust yourself.
You know the only exit is to build a plan that serves your purpose — but you can’t remember how. So you complain, blame, gaslight yourself, and wait for rescue. Sometimes silently. Sometimes loudly. The voice inside you — the “natural” voice you were warned about — feels like the only real voice. Everything else is noise. The noise pulls you in briefly, but never fills the gap. So you try something else. You keep going. How do I know? Because you’re still here.
There is a way through. Many have walked it. They can’t save you from your process, but they can guide you. They’ll hold space, set protecting boundaries, and point you back to the one place that already holds your answers: you.
If you’re truly ready to remember how to trust yourself, you’re invited.
Smiley Blue is a free community led by people who’ve traveled this path. We guide without rescuing. We hold without fixing. If you want practice, presence, and a container to come back to yourself, join us at smileyblue.org and in our private Facebook group.

Quick start: tonight, write three wins you had. Make one 24-hour promise and keep it. Remove one gaslighting influence this week. Repeat.
