David, Linda and their families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by way of cards, calls, messages and flowers received on the sad passing of Frank. Special thanks to Alexander Scotts Hospital for the kind care and attention given to Frank and his family, to Nicola Johnston for her personalized tribute to Frank, to Flowers by Audrey for the beautiful floral arrangement and the Huntly Football Club and Fiona Forest for the most welcoming teas. Sincere thanks to Ian Esslemont Funeral Directors for their most dignified and compassionate arrangements. Finally, to all who paid their last respects at the chapel and generously donated £192 to Marie Curie nurses. Frank will be sadly missed by all.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of Robert Barrie (Rob/Bob) after a short stay in ARI on Wednesday, 11th February, 2026, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Hilda Moggach. A loving dad to Angela and Barrie, granda, great-granda and father-in-law. Also a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Funeral service at Strathbogie Drumblade Church, Huntly on Friday, 20th February, 2026 at 11am, thereafter to Huntly Cemetery. All family and friends welcome. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu to Marie Curie, a charity close to his heart.
