Did you know at Relax&Retreat you have access to your own private shower room for our body treatments? As we step into Autumn it is a perfect time to banish dry skin with our nourishing body rituals. Our most popular body ritual combines both skin focused detoxifying treatment as well as massage.

Treatment Name - R&R Skin Nourishing Cocoon Body Ritual
Treatment Duration - 180 Minutes
Treatment Description -

Indulge yourself with this nourishing, detoxing treatment sure to energise the mind, body and soul. The treatment will begin with a lymphatic body brush to sloth away dead skin and allow for better absorption of oils. A full body sea salt exfoliation will be performed before warm marine mud is applied to the body. While the detoxifying marine mud is left to nourish the skin reflexology and a warm oil scalp massage will be performed. After showering to end a full body Swedish Massage or Hot Stone Massage will commence this sleep inducing ritual.

Our Anti-stress back ritual includes a Sea Salt back exfoliation, nourishing mask, hot stone massage including legs and feet. To end our signature Reflexology treatment helping to relax the mind and restore balance to the body.

The Holistic ritual welcomes you through gentle warmth of hot mitts to the feet, gentle stretching, abdominal breathing with notes of mandarin and lavender. Indian Head Massage techniques with added Hot Stones, facial massage and Reflexology ritual will follow.

Treatment Description -
Treatment Durations - 70/90/120 Minutes

Our signature stone therapy treatment begins with our opening ritual allowing your mind to sink into stillness. In a bed of pre blended oils, heated basalt stones work to relax the mind, ease muscle tension and increase flexibility as connective tissues relax. In combination with Lomi Lomi and Swedish style massage, the heated basalt stones are held and worked into the body to deliver heat. To conclude a cooling facial massage using cold marble stones to reduce inflammation, decreased puffiness, and improve circulation.
An experience which will leave you feeling an overall sense of wellbeing and a calmer mind.

(Marble cold stones can be used throughout your treatment as well. This can be discussed prior to treatment. Facial massage only available from 90 minutes options)
