A quote that really sums up a lot of the conversations I have with clients regularly . . . .
“You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you’re busy, then you should sit for an hour.”
When did life get so busy? Sometimes it can feel exciting but sometimes it is all consuming and we crave a s l o w e r pace. Who told us it was normal to keep going until we feel burnout, anxious & stressed?
It doesn’t have to be through meditation as such, it’s not for everyone. But my clients see the importance of dedicating that time to s l o w down. This could be through massage, facials or our body rituals. It is a way to reenergise, re-connect and allow yourself to feel like
y o u again. Ready to face the daily challenges of life again.
