Change your life by learning jikiden reiki - treatment yourself for minor ailments, cuts, bruises and aid healing. Reiki boosts the body’s natural healing system so that it works to its optimum allowing it to function better to fight off infection, balance the hormones, digestion and other systems of the body. More than that, it also works on the mind to reduce stress, calm anxiety, balance nerves and lift your mood.

The next Shoden level workshop is 30th September and 1st October from 9.30 to 4pm

This course includes the history and the 5 reiki principles and you will be connected to the universal energy three times. You will learn how to feel the areas in the body that need clearing and balancing by gauging sensations in your hands.

At the end you all will be able to give physical Reiki to yourself and also be able to give a standard treatment to friends, family or clients along with the unique finishing massage which is lost to other 'western' reiki.
