Sports and remedial massage is suitable for everyone not just those involved in sport. It's a deep and more technical treatment that helps to restore normal/optimal function, relieve muscular aches and pains, and improves balance and flexibility.

It can be used for tight and tired muscles in the neck and shoulders, lower back pain, tight calves, quads or hamstrings. And for conditions such as shin splints, tennis elbow, shoulder impingement and many others.

I’m a level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, fully insured and a member of ISRM, which is the association of Soft Tissue Therapists.

Soft tissue therapy can help with all of these issues. Through manipulation of muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues of the body, painful symptoms can be alleviated and mobility restored.
