Do you regularly exercise? Are you training for a sporting event?
It’s important to incorporate rest and recovery days in any exercise regime and part of this can include a regular sports and remedial massage. A massage can help to ease sore and tired muscles, improve flexibility and address any ni**les you may start to experience as the exercise/ training increases.
