Our Home Care Workers provide a range of services which enable our Clients to live in their own homes as independently as possible whilst retaining their privacy, dignity and right to make decisions about their lifestyle. These include:
•Personal care
•Assistance with medication
•Assistance with health related activities
•Shopping, meal preparation and assistance with feeding
•Laundry and other light domestic duties
•Companionship and assistance to allow participation in community life

Our electronic Care Management System means that our Home Care Workers are fully supported by the Management Team at all times and provides an efficient way of ensuring that our Clients and their families are kept fully informed and involved.

Elite Choice Home Care is growing and looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our friendly management team in Mid Sussex.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Lead and support Care Practitioners
• Carry out care plan & medication reviews
• Complete spot checks & supervisions
• Provide hands-on care
• Help maintain outstanding quality standards
