Another amazing review from a client I treated in their home.

I have just had my first mobile Reiki & Reflexology treatment from Malcolm. I've had Reiki twice before, but not Reflexology, and never the two things as a mobile service.

Malcolm came to my house with all his kit and turned by living room into quite the treatment room, I was impressed. He greeted me with a smile and tonnes of warmth, and talked me through how the treatment would be.

For 2hrs, I was so relaxed and sank into the bed, under the blanket, with a lavender eye-mask on and my Aura ring tells me I had quite the nap. Malcolm started with the feet and Reflexology, I wasn't sure how this would go but it was so very relaxing, like a foot massage with purpose!!

After the quickest hour with the feet, he moved onto an hour of reiki, which again flew by. And the treatment was signalled as complete with a little bit of gong, chimes and sound-bowl. Nice touch.

Afterwards I had the most chill day too. Malcolm's attention to detail and warmth of character are top class. And the fact that he comes to you is the height of convenience too. And he does not charge extortionate rates either. Well done that man, I'm a new regular.

Latest Reiki review from a client in Bishop Auckland.

Unbelievable, had Reiki with Malcolm to help with my FND symptoms. My fatigue was massively reduced, I feel brighter and more alert.

The incredible result for me though was that the chronic neck pain which I have had for 30 years disappeared after one session.

I highly recommend Malcom’s Reiki (an added bonus is he is a lovely, caring man). I went from sceptic to avid believer in one hour.

Malcolm was brilliant from start to finish. He was kind and attentive and knew me from the outset despite never meeting before.

His positive energy left me feeling so relaxed. I couldn't recommend him enough. I had a reflexology session with him but felt the reiki coming out of him too.

Had a Reiki session with Malcolm today and I feel so at peace after. Malcolm was friendly and mad me feel relaxed and at ease. The whole experience was just what I expected, went into a deep relaxation and it was just what my body was calling for. Thankyou so much for lifting my sprits up, helping me gain knowledge of the process of reiki afterwards and helping me understand what the energy in my body is telling me on how to move forward. My dog even got some reiki and benefitted from it. Thankyou so much, I will be using your services again.

Benefits of cold water therapy.

I have just been in my ice bath for 10 minutes. The temperature was 8 degrees Celsius.

It is an important part of my wellbeing regime, and I recommend it to anyone. I meditate while I am in there and I find it so much easier to do this as I’m focused on my breathing.

I feel amazing every time I step out of it. People can tell you the benefits of cold-water therapy but what I feel is:
• I am more alert and focused
• My energy levels are increased
• My muscles feel less sore, especially when I have just trained with weights

If you have never done it before and want to start you can begin by having a having a warm shower and gradually lower the temperature over several days. Gradually increase the amount of time you spend in the lower temperatures as your body gets used to it.

But only do what feels right for you – listen to your body.

You do not even need to buy an ice bath as eventually you can just fill your normal bath with cold water.
